We are located at 1520 Sunrise Plaza Drive, Clermont FL 34714 (Directions). This is in the Four Corners area just west of Disney Animal Kingdom and about 5 miles south of Clermont. The hospital is on Hwy 27 about 1 mile north of Hwy 192 next to Walgreen, Wendy, Good Year and Advance Auto

From Davenport traveling north on Hwy 27, turn right at the Advance Auto and we are just in front of you.

From Clermont traveling south on Hwy 27, turn left at Glenbrook Blvd [between Walgreen’s and CVS], then make a right turn behind Walgreen’s, and we are just in front of you.
